Bill Prindle

Bill Prindle is Acting Executive Director of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy. Bill provides leadership and accountability for ACEEE. In addition, he directs ACEEE’s energy policy program, which conducts policy analysis and advocacy on energy efficiency issues at the national and state levels. In more than 30 years in the energy field, he has worked in regional planning, corporate communications, management consulting, and association management. He has testified before Congress, appeared on radio and TV, and been published frequently as an expert on energy efficiency. Bill earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College and an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the boards of such organizations as the Energy and Environmental Building Association, the Association of Energy Services Professionals, and the National Fenestration Rating Council.
